Since our launch in March 2007, Good Ol’ Girls has grown to a vibrant network of more than 200 progressive women. We are younger and older, well-established and up-and-coming, live from the East Bay down to the Peninsula, and represent a range of sectors including government, politics, business, non-profit, technology, education, and the law.

In just one year, we have emerged as one of the Bay Area’s most-talked-about organizations:

  • We co-hosted the 3rd Annual San Francisco Women’s Holiday party alongside six San Francisco stalwarts including the San Francisco Women’s Political Committee, Planned Parenthood Golden Gate, and Emerge California.
  • We were featured in an LA Times article by a reporter who attended our “Who’s Got Your Vote?” presidential debate event.
  • Our Advisory Council includes esteemed leaders like Assemblywoman Fiona Ma and Mary Hughes, President of Staton Hughes.
